2001 - ABC aired the edited version of the 11-hour "United We Stand - What More Can I Give" concert. Michael Jackson was shown performing his song "Man in the Mirror" and introducing other acts.

02 November

2000 - Michael Jackson's mini-film "Ghosts" was shown at the International Fantastic Film Festival in Tokyo, Japan.

2001 - It was announced that Michael Jackson would make his first in-store appearance on the following Wednesday (November 7) to promote the album "Invincible." The album was his all-new studio album in 10 years.

1995 - Sony released a statement that the company had entered into a joint agreement with Michael Jackson that would merge Jackson's ATV publishing copyrights with Sony's.

2001 - Michael Jackson granted an exclusive interview to the TV show "Entertainment Tonight." The show was aired on November 12 and 13 as a two-part special.

2000 - Michael Jackson attended a special record signing at the Virgin Megastore in Times Square, New York.

1995 - Michael Jackson and Sony Corp. of America combined forces and created the world's third-largest music publishing company with more than 100,000 titles.

1982 - The story book album for "E.T.: The Extraterrestrial" was released. It contained narration and a new song from Michael Jackson.

1987 - Michael Jackson's album "Bad" was certified Gold and 3 times Platinum by the RIAA.

1998 - Michael Jackson settled a lawsuit over stories and pictures in the London Daily Mirror that said his face had been disfigured by cosmetic surgery. A lawyer for the publisher said, "The photographs were taken honestly and were not tampered with, but the Mirror has since met with the plaintiff in person and acknowledges that the photographs do not accurately represent the plaintiff's true appearance."

1996 - Michael Jackson did a VH1 interview while in Asia during his HIStory Tour.

11 November

1992 - Michael Jackson's single "Heal The World" was released. The single also contained "She Drives Me Wild."

12 November

1993 - Michael Jackson canceled a world tour, saying that he had a dependence on painkillers.

1993 - Michael Jackson's "Dangerous - The Short Films" was released on home video.

2001 - Michael Jackson's "Dangerous - The Short Films" and "History - Video Greatest Hits Special DVD Edition" were released on DVD.

2001 - The first part of an "Entertainment Tonight" exclusive interview with Michael Jackson aired. Part two aired the following night.

2001 - CBS-TV aired a Michael Jackson television special entitled "Michael Jackson's 30th Anniversary Celebration" which promoted the album "Invincible."

2001 - Michael Jackson's "Greatest Hits: HIStory Vol. 1" was released on DVD.

2001 - Michael Jackson's "Dangerous - The Short Films" was released on DVD.

2008 - It was reported that MIchael Jackson has sold his Neverland ranch for $35 million.

14 November

1991 - Michael Jackson's 11-minute "Black or White" video debuted on television.

1996 - Michael Jackson and Debbie Rowe were married. It was reported that Rowe was six months pregnant at the time of the wedding. Rowe filed for divorce, citing irreconcilable differences, on October 8, 1999.

15 November

1992 - The first part of the five-hour TV mini-series "The Jacksons: An American Dream" was aired on ABC-TV.

2010 - "Hold My Hand" single for "Michael" was released.

1973 - The Jackson Five appeared on "Soul Train."

1998 - Michael Jackson met secretly with Zimbabwe President Robert Mugabe in Harare to discuss plans for Jackson to invest in a hotel development in Victoria Falls.

18 November

2000 - Rolling Stone magazin released a list of the "100 Greatest Pop Songs Since 1963." Michael Jackson had 4 songs on the list: "Billie Jean" (#5), "I Want You Back" by The Jackson 5 (#9), "Beat It" (#22) and "Rock With You" (#82).

2003 - The Michael Jackson album "Number Ones" was released. The album contained 18 songs including the song "One More Chance."

2003 - A search warrant was served at Michael Jackson's Neverland Ranch linked to a child molestation allegation.

2004 - Mayfair Gallery, an antiques and furniture store, filed suit against Michael Jackson for failing to pay $178,875 of his bill from purchases in May 2004.

19 November

1991 - Michael Jackson's "Dangerous Gift-Pack" was released.

1996 - Michael Jackson did an interview with Ian "Molly" Meldrum while in Australia. The interview was aired on Australian television.

2002 - In Berlin, Michael Jackson made a brief appearance on the balcony of his hotel. He held his third son, Prince Michael II, over the edge of the fourth-floor balcony. Later in the day Jackson issued a statement via his lawyer calling the incident a "terrible mistake."

2003 - At a press conference, Santa Barbara District Attorney Tom Sneddon announced that Michael Jackson was wanted under California Penal Code 299a: molestation of a child. Jackson's bail was set at $3 million.

2003 - CBS announced that it was postponing its "Michael Jackson Number Ones" special. The show was planned to air on November 26th.

20 November

1991 - Armed men stole 30,000 copies of Michael Jackson's "Dangerous" album from a terminal at Los Angeles Airport.

2001 - Michael Jackson's short film "Cry" was released.

2003 - Several wireless microphones were discovered outside the Santa Barbara County Sheriff's Department headquarters. This was the same day that Michael Jackson surrendered on charges of child molestation. The microphones had been found in an area typically sued by employees during their break.

21 November

2000 - "20th Century Masters: The Millennium Collection: The Best of Michael Jackson" was released.

2002 - In Berlin, Michael Jackson accepted a lifetime Bambi entertainment award. He received the award for his philanthropic work on behalf of children.

2003 - In Santa Barbara, CA, Michael Jackson was booked on suspicion of child molestation. Jackson immediately posted the $3 million bail and then flew back to Las Vegas where he had been filming a video. He was given an arraignment date of January 9, 2004.

22 November

1991 - Five former security guards at Michael Jackson's Neverland Ranch filed a lawsuit claiming that they had been fired for knowing too much about Jackson's alleged fondness for young boys.

2002 - In Berlin, police announced that they would not open an investigation into Michael Jackson for holding his son over a fourth-store balcony railing on November 19

2010 - Michael Jackson's "Vision" was released.

23 November

1991 - Michael Jackson's song "Black Or White" debuts at #1 in the U.K.

24 November

1992 - Michael Jackson's Heal The World Foundation airlifted medical supplies to Sarajevo. The project was in conjunction with AmeriCares.

2003 - A video tape of Michael Jackson was offered to several media companies. The tape was made on an XtraJet flight illegally. The following day Jackson's lawyers filed a lawsuit to prevent the tape from being made public.

25 November

1991 - Michael Jackson's album "Dangerous hit #1 in the U.K.

1997 - Debbie Rowe Jackson gave an interview at Neverland Ranch.

2003 - Lawyers for Michael Jackson filed a lawsuit against XtraJet allegin an invasion of privacy, public disclosure of private facts, recording confidential information, misappropriation of name and likeness, use of name and likeness and unfair business practices. The lawsuit came when XtraJet attempted to sell an unauthorized and illegally obtained video of Michael Jackson on his way to Santa Barbara to be arrested on child molestation charges.

26 November

1991 - Michael Jackson's album "Dangerous" was released.

27 November

1991 - MTV 10 airs, celebrating the tenth anniversary of the music video network. Michael Jackson performs 'Black Or White' and 'Will You Be There' he is the only performer on the special to sing two songs.

1993 - It's 'Michael Jackson Day IV' in London. Off The Wall magazine and fanclub hold their 4th annual Michael Jackson party at London's Hammersmith Palais, at which fans from around the world gather to pay tribute to there idol.

28 November

2000 - Michael gave an interview to USA Today talking about his unhappy childhood Michael revealed that as a child, "he loved to perform but was 'rarely happy and anything but carefree.' He writes: 'That little boy . . . may have had every material need filled,'but he 'did not have playtime, and he did not have freedom.'

2001 - Anastacia talked about Michael on a radio show called Rove Live in the USA. In the interview she spoke about Michaels looks. This is what she said "Actually, he looks more attractive in person than what people would like to think!... He's a very beautiful man. Very beautiful spirit!

2002 - Michael appeared on the cover of Brunte Magazine a German publication.

2003 - One More Chance´, the latest single from Michael Jackson entered the Billboard Hot 100 at number 95.

29 November

1979 - Michael Jackson's single "Don't Stop 'Til You Get Enough" was certified Gold by the RIAA.

2004 - The judge in the Michael Jackson child-molestation case refused to order psychological exams for the accuser and the boy's family.
